Orders & Payment

To be eligible for online purchasing at The Brooch Club, users need to be 16 years & over, poses a valid credit or debit card or a PayPal account. The Brooch Club accepts all major credit & debit cards. Before payment is debited from your account, you will be required to confirm that you are the owner of the credit/debit card being used or authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card in use.


Orders placed at The Brooch Club are subject to acceptance & availability. You will need to be prompt when purchasing, as products in users shopping bags cannot be reserved and still be purchased by other customers if the product is still available.


Before the final stage of purchasing at The Brooch Club, you will have the opportunity to double check & adjust an order. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an on screen confirmation at the end of the checkout process. An order confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail with summary of your purchase. Please note that orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.


The Brooch Club will only send products to confirmed addresses i.e. your billing address. If your address is different from your billing address, we require an e-mail with a valid reason for change in address. Authorisation of shipping to a different address is subject to the discretion of The Brooch Club. Please note that e-mails to us must be the email address used to make the purchase.


The Brooch Club reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service or orders placed with us at anytime without reason. In the event that refusal or cancellation takes place, we will notify you by e-mail or contact the number provided at the time of placing your order.

Changes to Orders

We aim to package & deliver products as prompt & as speedily as possible. Please note that once you have placed an order and confirmation has been reached at the final checkout stage, adjustments to an order cannot be made.
