Delivery & Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping and all products will be sent via Royal mail special delivery. Products are tracked, insured and will require a signature upon arrival. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number to trace your order. Please allow up to three working days for dispatch time. Please note that we do not ship to P.O Box addresses.


Some of our products arrive pre packaged in the designer’s original box from our suppliers. This is dependent upon the era that the brooch was manufactured, and you may find that older brooches may not come with original packaging. Such products will be sent in The Brooch Clubs bespoke packaging.


At The Brooch Club we understand the importance of trust, and we can confirm that all the products we sell are 100% authentic.


Some products are brand new & some are vintage (used) with signs of wear appropriate to its age.


To be transparent, our highly qualified authenticators give our products a quality inspection for defects & authenticity. We then grade the product for a level of condition from grade A-C, which is repeated before dispatching.


Grade A- Excellent/Pristine
Grade B- Used Vintage, Good Condition
Grade C- Fair condition with clear signs of wear


The pictures of the products are the products you will receive.

Returns Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you are welcome to return a product for a credit note or an alternative, provided the product is returned within seven days of receipt and in the same condition as sold.


Original shipping costs will be deducted from any product returned for an exchange or credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights.
